There is some misinformation circulating, stating any sourdough being okay for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. While the natural bacteria may make it easier to digest, it doesn't render it gluten free.
Learn how to make your own gluten free starter and take home your own so you may make it anytime you wish at home.
