Items needed:

~Pint size jar with a plastic lid or simply place a piece of wax paper over the top so the vinegar doesn't corrode the metal lid.

~dried hops

~raw honey

~raw acv

Directions:

~Fill half of your jar with dried rose petals, hops, bee balm.

~Pour equal parts raw honey and raw ACV on top.

There is some flexibility here, adding more honey to make it more sweet, or using more vinegar to make more sour.

~Stir to incorporate.

~Attach lid and shake well.

~Store in a sunny location and shake one to twice per day for 4-6 weeks.

~Strain and store in a cool dark place.

*When using fresh herbs, your oxygen needs to be stored in the refrigerator.
