Herbal Parts

2 part Tulsi (Occimum sanctum)

1 part Hawthorn berry (Crataegus spp)

0.5 part Hawthorn leaf and flower (Crataegus spp)

1 part Milky Oat (Avena sativa)

1 part Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

1 part Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

0.25 part Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)

1 part Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)



Day Tonic (infusion)

This tea is an all around tonic for the cardiovascular system, muscular-skeletal system, and digestive system. The leading herb, Tulsi is an adaptogenic plant that helps us deal with the stressors of any form, and prevents damage from exposure to the hot/dry condition of summer. This tea would be an excellent tea during summer fires as well, as Tulsi protects our bodies fro smoke damage and the mints help with respiratory health

Herbal Actions: adaptogenic, nervine tonic, cardiovascular tonic, carminative, antispasmodic, nutritive, nervine restorative, anti-inflammatory, immunodulating, chem-protective, aphrodisiac, and antimicrobal.



1 part lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis)

1 part Milky Oat (Avena sativa)

2 parts Rose Bud (Rosa Damascena)

0.5 parts Linden leaf/flower (Tillia spp)

0.5 part Lemon grass (Cymbopogon cittratus)






Cool Down (cold infusion)

This tea is intended to be a cold infusion by pouring cold water over the herbs, covering, and placing in the fridge or in the sunshine as sun tea for 2-8 hours.

This tea will nourish the nerves and muscles, helping us to relax into sensual experience of summer, improving absorption and assimilation of nutrients from the abundant summertime foods.

Herbal actions: nervine, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, nervine restorative, antimicrobial, and demulcent.



2 part skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)

2 part chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

0.5 part lavender (Lavandula anguvstifolia)

0.5 part licorice (Glycrrhiza glabra)

0.5 part catnip (Nepeta cataria)





Summer eve tea (infusion)

Our bodies often need a little support winding down and relaxing for the evening. This tea is more of a nervine relaxant than sedative blend, making it an excellent replacement for the evening glass of wine or beer, proving nourishmen to the body nervous, digestive, and muscular-skeletal system.

Herbal Actions: nervine relaxant, nervine tonic, antispasmodic, demulcent, adaptogenic(mild), nervine sedative (mild), nutritive, carminative
